A first-time customer can make a claim on one used swimwear product purchased in the first order with My Secret Swim if you are unsatisfied with this product, as part of our 30 Day Risk-Free Trial.

You are required to return the one product you are claiming in which we will recycle. We kindly ask you wash your product before returning to us.

To claim your 30 Day Risk Free Trial, you must email us within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Please email us at hello@mysecretswim.com and we can help you in returning your item.

You will be refunded or credited for the price you paid when purchasing the item. Shipping costs are NOT eligible for credit or refund with our 30 Day Risk-Free Trial.

There will be a $5 restocking fee on all refunds.
