TERMS & CONDITIONS — WIN $5,000 GIVEAWAY
(NSW, VIC, QLD & WA residents only)

1. Promoter

2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to residents of New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), Queensland (QLD), and Western Australia (WA) aged 18 years or older.
Residents of all other Australian states and territories are not eligible.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible.

3. Promotion Period
The promotion begins at 12:00am AEDT on 17 November and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 24 December (“Promotion Period”).
Purchases made outside this period do not qualify for entries.

4. How to Enter (Purchase-Based Entries Only)
Entries are automatically generated when eligible purchases are made on the website (mysecretswim.com) during the Promotion Period.

Entry allocation:
• For orders containing 1–3 items: 1 entry per item purchased
• For orders containing 4 or more items: 5 entries per item purchased

Examples:
• 1 item = 1 entry
• 3 items = 3 entries
• 4 items = 20 entries
• 6 items = 30 entries

Entries are based on the total number of items purchased in each completed order.
Multiple transactions are permitted.
Refunded or cancelled orders void all associated entries.
No free or alternative entry method is offered.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.

5. Prize
There is one (1) major prize of AUD $5,000, paid via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account.
Total prize pool value: AUD $5,000 (incl. GST).
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.

6. Draw Details
The winner will be selected via a computerised random draw on 20 January in New South Wales.
If weather or other conditions disrupt the scheduled draw, it may be postponed to the next suitable date.

The Promoter may request proof of age, identity, state of residence, and valid proof of purchase.
Failure to provide adequate verification may result in disqualification and a redraw.

7. Winner Notification & Publication
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days of the draw.

The winner’s first initial, surname initial, suburb and state may be published on the website (mysecretswim.com) and the Promoter’s social media pages within 7 days.

8. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize is not claimed within 30 days of notification, a redraw will occur on the next suitable date at the same location.

9. Disqualification
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
• provides incomplete or misleading information
• uses multiple identities or email addresses
• tampers with the entry process
• engages in fraudulent behaviour
• breaches these Terms & Conditions

The Promoter’s decision is final.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost or corrupted entries, system failures, incorrect entrant details, or tax implications arising from the prize.
Entrants are responsible for any applicable taxes.

11. Privacy & Data Use
By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for administering the promotion, validating entries, contacting the winner, and sending marketing communications (opt-out available at any time).
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at mysecretswim.com.

12. Platform Release
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, or YouTube.
Entrants release these platforms from all liability associated with the promotion.

13. General
By entering, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions and accept that the Promoter’s decisions are final. If the promotion is interfered with or cannot operate as planned due to fraud, technical issues or events beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion.
