Our founder, Lisa, wants you to be delighted every time you shop with us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. If our product is not right for you, we offer:

-Store Credit to the value of 110% ( extra 10% added on top of your purchase) Our store credits do not expire.

-Refunds;There will be a $5 return and handling fee for all refunds.

Easy returns are great but avoiding a return is better. Be sure to check our size guide here or email us with a question - we're happy to help you :)

Return instructions

Returns are only available for items that follow the below instructions:

1) Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase if you are not satisfied with it.

2) You must post your swimwear back to us within 21 days from the date of receiving your goods

3) Swimwear can only be returned if it is in original, unworn condition with tags and hygiene strip still perfectly attached, this MUST be abided by, otherwise your return will be denied and we will ship your order back to you and charge you for the return shipping cost.


We are more than happy to do an exchange by issuing you a store credit to the value of your swimwear (minus original shipping charges) + we will give you an additional 10% added on top of your store credit as a valued customer.

Store Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.


We will happily process you a full refund if your order meets the requirements. There will be a restocking fee of $5 per order.

Sale items

Sale items or items sold during sale periods can only be exchanged not refunded. Please take extra care when purchasing.


 After receiving your return, Please allow us up to 3-5 business days to process your credit or refund, and 5-10 days for the bank, PayPal, Afterpay or other merchant facility to clear the funds into your account.

Discounts and sales

Any promotional discounts applied to your order is valid for full price items only. After using this particular discount code you CAN return items for a full refund or store credit.

Faulty item

Every product we send out is  quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at as soon as you receive your purchase so we can look further into the issue for you.
