ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100AUD.

We also offer Express shipping at checkout.

Orders within Australia are all POSTED and handled with Australia Post. 

Australia post advises that orders will arrive within 1-3 Business days for express and 5-7 business days for standard. This advice is an estimate only, for further queries please contact Australia Post direct for any other information you require.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders over $200AUD receive FREE shipping.

We offer Standard or express shipping at checkout.

*ALL ORDERS SHIPPING TO UAE MUST BE SENT TO A P.O BOX ONLY*

All orders are posted via Australia Post and will be handed to your local courier for delivery once it reaches your country. Please note, any delays or custom hold ups incurred by the courier is out of our control, please understand there is nothing we can do to speed the process up unfortunately in certain instances.

TRACKING:

All orders are trackable, once your order is shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you can see the updated shipping status.

HANDLING

It is our first priority to get your order out to you. Please allow 24 hours for order processing from time of order ( orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Mondays) 

Once the parcel has been handed to our shipping partner. My Secret Swim is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control, such as poor weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, or customs delays in the recipient country.

 DUTIES & TAXES

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. My secret Swim are not responsible for Taxes and duties that may be applied by customs or postal authorities in your destination country of delivery, all payment of taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

WRONG ADDRESS, NON RECEIVED ITEMS OR RETURNS

If the item is not received/picked up by the client and sent back to us by the shipping company, the customer will be charged any fees incurred to my secret swim. The Customer will be charged a second shipping fee to re-send the item.
