We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100AUD.
We also offer Express shipping at checkout.
Orders within Australia are all POSTED and handled with Australia Post.Australia post advise that orders will arrive within 1-3 Business days for express and 5-7 business days for standard. This advice is an estimate only, for further queries please contact Australia Post direct for any other information you require.

All orders are posted via Australia Post and you can select standard or express shipping at checkout. Please note, any delays or custom hold ups incurred by the courier is out of our control, please understand there is nothing we can do to speed the process up unfortunately in certain instances.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship all orders by Australia Post mail service. Once your parcel arrives in your country it will be handed to your local shipping courier in your country. All orders are trackable and you will be sent a tracking link at the time your order is dispatched in which you will be able to trace every movement of your order.
HANDLING
It is our first priority to get your order out to you. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing from time of order ( orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Mondays) Once your order is shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers website and enter the tracking number to see the updated shipping status.
Once the parcel has been handed to our shipping partner. My Secret Swim is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control, such as poor weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, or customs delays in the recipient country.
DUTIES & TAXES
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. My secret Swim are not responsible for Taxes and duties that may be applied by customs or postal authorities in your destination country of delivery, all payment of taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
PRE ORDER ITEMS
We are not held liable for any delays in pre order shipments. The pre order shipment date is a general date and can be subject to change. On occasions we may provide a month delivery in cases where we cannot provide an estimated due to factory productions.
Items which are on pre-order will have an estimated time frame for delivery. Due to the pre-sale nature of such transactions, you should expect a potential delay between the purchase of the product and its actual delivery. Delivery times are only estimates and are subject to change without notice. Our customer care team will be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your order. Standard return policies apply to all pre-orders. Please make yourself fully aware of these conditions prior to placing a pre-order with us.

WRONG ADDRESS, NON RECEIVED ITEMS OR RETURNS
If the item is not received/picked up by the client and sent back to us by the shipping company, the customer will be charged any fees incurred to my secret swim. The Customer will be charged a second shipping fee to re-send the item.
