ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100AUD.

We also offer Express shipping at checkout.

Orders within Australia are all POSTED and handled with Australia Post. 

Australia post advises that orders will arrive within 1-3 Business days for express and 5-7 business days for standard. This advice is an estimate only, for further queries please contact Australia Post direct for any other information you require.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

Orders over $100 AUD receive FREE shipping.

We offer Standard or express shipping at checkout.

TRACKING:

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Once your order arrives in your country, tracking will continue through your local courier (e.g. USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc.) Simply enter your tracking number on their website for the most accurate and up-to-date information — including delivery progress and any duties or taxes that may need to be paid before your parcel is released.

You can also continue to track your order on the Australia Post website, but please note that your local courier's site will usually provide more detailed updates once the parcel has arrived in your country.

ORDER CANCELLATION

While we always aim to support our customers wherever possible, all orders placed through our website are automatically processed and sent to our fulfilment partner immediately. Due to the speed of our fulfilment process, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel or intercept orders once they are placed. 

HANDLING:

It is our first priority to get your order out to you. Please allow 24 hours for order processing from time of order ( orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Mondays) 

Once the parcel has been handed to our shipping partner. My Secret Swim is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control, such as poor weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, or customs delays in the recipient country.

 DUTIES & TAXES:

Please note: Duties and taxes are not included at checkout.
Any customs duties or import taxes applied by your country’s postal or border authorities are the responsibility of the customer. My Secret Swim is not liable for any additional charges that may occur upon delivery.

If these charges are not paid by the receiver, the parcel may be returned or, in some cases, may not be recoverable. We kindly ask that you monitor your tracking and respond promptly to any customs notifications to ensure smooth delivery.

UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PARCELS

If your order is not received or picked up and is returned to us by the shipping carrier, the customer will be responsible for any return fees incurred by My Secret Swim.

Should you wish to have the item re-sent, a second shipping fee will apply.

Please note, we’re unable to offer refunds for parcels that are not collected, refused, or returned. If your order does arrive back at our warehouse, we’re happy to issue you a store credit (excluding any return-related costs).
