In purchasing the Products, customers acknowledge that the associated Product descriptions are based solely on the best available evidence and advice. However due to a number of varying factors, My Secret Swim does not claim or represent (expressly or impliedly) that the Products are 100% leak-proof nor should they be used as a replacement for other sanitary products. Customers acknowledge that the Products are designed as a products of “support” to be used in conjunction with existing (best practice) sanitary products and that customers make no reliance on the Products being 100% leak-proof. Customers may wish to consult a medical professional if there is any doubt about the suitability of the Products for their individual circumstances. For the avoidance of doubt and to the fullest extent of the law, My Secret Swim and any of its directors, agents, employees, contractors, or representatives are not liable (directly or indirectly) for any physical loss or damage, emotional distress and/or emotional harm that may occur in connection with the use of the Products. Refunds shall only be offered in accordance with our returns and exchange policy.
